 Long-awaited WSD debut
  • Well-reputed WSC-MA2 that has so far been released on Yamaha SMAF GLOBAL.
    This WSD (Wave Sound Decorator) supports SMAF/MA-3, 5 as well as SMAF/MA-2.
    The WSD can create high-quality SMAF file(.mmf) with higher sampling frequency in addition to the previous WSC-MA2 functions.
    - SMAF/MA-2 Mode : Mono-4,8kHz : Playable on mobile phone MA-2 or later.
    - SMAF/MA-3 Mode : Mono-up to 16kHz : Playable on mobile phone MA-3 or later.
    - SMAF/MA-5 Mode : Mono-up to 24kHz, Stereo-up to 12kHz : Playable on mobile phone MA-5 or later.
 Implementation of converters for Channel and Sampling rate.
  • Converters for channel and sampling rate are implemented in the WSD. Desired conversion to sound quality, size, and SMAF mode can be freely performed.
 Implementation for Waveform Editing Function
  • Read function for Wave file(.wav/.aif) file up to 48kHz and waveform display function are implemented. In addition, since edit functions such as Trimming, Fade, Normalize and Partial Playback function are implemented, flexible Wave file(.wav/.aif) → SMAF file(.mmf) conversion can be realized.
